Coordinating and compiling a high-quality tender response is a demanding job with a lot of competing priorities.
It can be easy to lose sight of the process in such a fast-paced environment where the clock is always ticking.
Throughout this 2 x 2.5-hour workshop, you will learn a project management approach to run a successful bid. That is, a step-by-step guide to manage all the key bid coordination tasks from beginning to end.
You will also receive guidance on how to manage the role within the broader bid team environment to manage stakeholders, complete multiple tasks and produce a successful tender response.

Kate Burrows is the founder and Managing Director of the Tender Training College. She has more than 20 years' of experience across the bidding lifecycle.
Kate has supported some of Australia’s largest companies in the finance, defence, infrastructure, professional services, engineering, not-for-profit and transport sectors to win $30 billion in new business.
Kate has worked as a submission manager on many large successful tenders, and assists many small businesses in submitting high-quality proposals.
She helps organisations to improve their bid processes and to understand best practice bid management.
