Customers may reschedule their appointment time up to two occasions, as long as this is within two business days (48 hours) of the appointment time.

A $100 fee will apply when appointments are rescheduled or cancelled within two business days (48 hours) of the appointment time.

The full appointment fee will be charged for cancellations or rescheduled appointment less than one day (24 hours) of the appointment time.

Sessions can be booked up to xxx months in advance.

Once the offer is purchased, it is available up to 12 months of the purchase date.

Once your session is booked, you will receive confirmation of the meeting time and a Zoom meeting link.

We will send you a reminder of the session.

If you need to reschedule, you can do this through the meeting link. Please be aware of our terms and conditions relating to rescheduling and cancellation of these sessions.
